Ragnar Trail Los Coyotes-CA presented by Salomon

06:00 am - 11/09/2018

@ Ragnar Trail Relays

12 South, 400 West
Salt Lake City UT  84101

Ragnar Trail Los Coyotes-CA, presented by Salomon is the best running party under the stars. Runners will come together on Nov. 9-10, 2018, at the the Los Coyotes Reservation, about two hours outside of San Diego.

On Friday morning, the start gun goes off, and teams of 8 (or 4) set out to conquer a series of three rugged single track trails that start and finish at Ragnar Village. Runners will let loose into an alpine wonderland of junipers, pines, and oaks and experience views of the Anza-Borrego Desert to the east and layers of beautiful mountain ranges to the west.

Ragnar Trail is an overnight trail running adventure that you can only do with a team. And when the sun goes down, runners make their way through the night with headlamps until every person on their team has completed all three loops on Saturday.

Back home at Ragnar Village you can rest your legs next to the campfire, chow down on s’mores, and relax with your team. This year, runners (friends, co-workers, kids) are welcome to join us a night earlier, starting on Thursday for a bonus day of camping, campfires, kumbaya-ing and fun!

This race has been described as, “summer camp for grownups.” Any level of runner can come conquer the trails, but with the second most elevation of any Ragnar Trail in the series, be warned: this race won’t be easy. Come find yourself in this journey of adventure, self-discovery, and sheer nature-loving goodness. Mark your running calendar for Nov. 9-10 and join us at Ragnar Trail Los Coyotes.
